most purchases are strictly non-refundable once access, confirmation, or delivery has been provided.
2. Seminar, Workshop & Event Registration
All registrations for seminars, workshops, events, or training programs are non-refundable after successful registration and payment confirmation.
However, under certain circumstances and subject to management approval, customers may request:
- Transfer of ticket/seat to another participant
- Credit transfer to future events
- Rescheduling options
3. Digital Products & Online Materials
All purchases involving digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

- Recordings
- Downloadable files
- Documents

- Membership materials

Once access or download has been granted, no refund shall be entertained.
4. Consultation & Professional Services

- Service has commenced
5. Cancellation by BYOND Success
In the event that BYOND Success Sdn Bhd cancels any event, service, or program due to unforeseen circumstances, customers may choose either:
- Full refund
- Credit transfer to another program/service
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers are strongly encouraged to contact us directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.
